Do Nurses have to deal with human wastes (like diapers and vomit)?

Do they have to do stuff like change diapers and clean up vomit or do only the aids do that gross crap? I was thinking of becoming a male nurse (I like the idea of having an in demand job and making good money) but just the thought of changing diapers of old/disabled people or cleaning up vomit sickens me. I'm good with money and numbers so I was also considering becoming an Accountant...Not sure what to do.
