Need help with friends?

Hi, my name is jennifer. I'm 16 and I live in Honolulu, Hawaii. I moved here like six months ago. But still haven't been able to secure any friends. I really would like someone to hang out with and go places, because I'm tired of hanging out by myself. Just really looking for atleast one good friend out here. Any advice, any teens living out here wanting a friend or whatever? I'm homeschooled, so that's a big reason I don't really have friends yet. I've been to the malls, the beach, movies. You know and still haven't made any good friends. :(. So help please.
