How do I reclass in a reserve unit?

My Reserve Unit hasn't sent me to AIT yet and it's been over a year. I would like to re-class to a 46Q MOS in Honolulu HI but I haven't been able to find any information on re-classing. Does anyone know how I can re-class from a 38B to a 46Q?
