Are there any cheap apartments in honolulu hawaii?

i want to live in honolulu, hawaii, but everytime i look its inaccurate or the prices are sky rocketing. i really want to live in honolulu someday and really would appreciate any help given can you give me a great source or some prices. and is it posible to get away with paying only $600-$700 a month????
