English native speakers help!?

That is not a complete sentence, so I don't really understand exactly what it's supposed to say, but I'll try to help anyway. "Drop-dead gorgeous" is a phrase that can be used to describe someone that is really, really, really, really, really beautiful. An example of a drop-dead gorgeous actress would be Angelina Jolie, Megan Fox, Kim Kardashian, etc. On the other hand, "homely" is a kind way of unattractive or not beautiful. Are you sure the sentence is not "Are you sick and tired of listening to drop-dead gorgeous actresses' telling painful stories about how homely they are?"--this makes perfect sense.
