Where is a good place to have a sweet 16 party in honolulu?

My birthday is in july of next year but I have to think of everything now so i could save up for next year. For my sweet 16 i might be planning for 50 or possibly more people. I want the place to be somewhere where everyone could have a good time. Good food and dancing is a must. However,i dont want too much of a splurge. I was thinking rumors but ratings wernt that great. I also need some ideas on where my party could held. CAN ANYONE HELP??? Please and thank you ^----^
