Where should I move Vegas or Hawaii?

I live in Canada and have applied to several job locations all over the world. So far I have only gotten a response from a place in Honolulu, Hawaii and in Las Vegas, Nevada. Which should I choose? I know both have their pros and cons, but i'm kinda leaning towards Vegas. Any suggestions?
