Nothing, they would move on to Plan B, which is to pretend that everyone knows that Obama lost his citizenship as a child or never really was a natural born citizen in the first place. The real hard-core birthers insist that two citizen parents are needed to be a true natural born citizen, on the strength of a dead Swiss philosopher. Just watch.
